Dear Jim, I recently had the opportunity to transact business “in the hands’ of one of your consultants, Dennis Hanson. It was a very satisfying experience. My vehicle was totaled in an accident early in the week and I needed a vehicle before the following Monday for several reasons, so I contacted an auto broker recommended by a friend at the Mannheim Auction. Since I am an employee at the auction, I felt it would be a “piece of cake”. The broker said he had the perfect car for me, but it took him 3 days to produce it for inspection and a test drive. When he did finally get the car to me, it was very dirty inside and out and didn’t’ drive well to me. I told him I didn’t like it; so let’s go to Plan B, which we had discussed. He turned away and seemed disgusted that I didn’t like the car and basically said he had to go. He left me standing in desperate need of a car. It just so happened that Dennis heard our conversation, and I turned to him. I could see that he was very busy and seemed to be rushed. But, he could see that I was in trouble…he stopped…looked at me and said, “Come with me, we will find you a car”. Just the tone of his voice and his calmness took the stress from me. He seemed to have immediate credibility and integrity. It felt like he took me “in his hands” and within an hour, I had made a decision on a car that I really liked. He also arranged for an inspection and a detail and sent me on my way. He even called me that evening just to comfort me and tell me that everything was ready to go and we would close Monday. He lifted a bear off my back and we immediately developed a “friendship franchise”. I want you to know that you have a “first class” consultant, who is a gentle man and a gentleman as well. He is a professional and I was so impressed the way he handles people; kind, respectful and a man that is a real winner and wants a win-win deal. If I were going to start a business, he would be one of the first employees hired…because he cares. I worked for a company that took great pride in customer care. In fact, the company motto was “To Care Is To Grow”. Dennis totally represents that motto as his “caring” attitude has and will impact the “growth” of your business and the “growth” of long-term relationships. I spent 15 years in college coaching, 10 years in banking as a VP and a Regional VP in the insurance industry and I am here to tell you that Dennis is one of the “Best of the Best”. It has truly been a pleasure. Sincerely, Pat Keitges, CO |
